Which came first: Exercise or Success

I found this great article in Entrepreneur magazine about exercise and successful people. Does exercise make you successful or does success lead to exercise? I'm not sure. I could make an argument for either. Successful people are often driven, goal oriented and good time managers, among other things. These qualities are linked to strong exercise effort and compliance. On the other hand, success can bring stress, busy days that lead to poor nutrition choices and the urge to collapse on the couch at the end of the day.
