Hi, I'm Karen.

 

believe we feel better, both physically and emotionally when we take care of ourselves and our bodies. Exercising makes us stronger, gives us more energy, helps us lose or maintain weight, and makes us more confident. 

My goal is to help you reach your specific fitness goals, and have some fun along the way.  Which doesn't mean you won't be challenged! We'll find a path to get you where you want to be with the support that works best for you.

With over 25 years of working with hundreds of clients, I know what works. I know how to meet you wherever you are. And I know how to take you where you want to go. 

With my guidance and a combination of exercise, nutrition, and mindset work, you can reach your fitness goals, too.

When I hit my 50s it became very obvious that my days of eating anything I wanted were long gone.  Sitting at a desk most of the day and not working out led to too much weight gain.  My goals were to increase my muscle mass and lose some fat.  And that’s exactly what happened.  I work with Karen two to three times a week and the results have been great. I’ve toned up, learned some healthy lifestyle tips and lost weight. And it’s easier to keep up with my kids.  I only wish I would have started with Karen earlier.
