Kids and teens are different than adults - from their fitness needs, to how their bodies react to exercise, to what motivates them and more. When I work with this age group, we focus on how exercise helps us become strong (both physically and emotionally), age appropriate exercises and intensity, positive body image, and eating for energy and to feel good. We can focus on sport-specific training or training for overall health. And we make it fun! I want to instill a love for exercise and body movement which will last their lifetime.
