How to achieve your exercise goals all year!


I can’t tell you how many times a week I hear, “If I didn’t have this appointment with you, I would have never worked out today.” It’s one of the primary reasons people hire trainers, (in addition to getting a better, more effective, and safer workout than most people can achieve on their own).

With the new year, many people have goals to exercise more. Getting started may not be hard for some. The harder part is sticking with it a few months down the road. The vast majority of people I've trained over the years, learn to like or even love exercise, even if they started reluctantly. It's usually not because of an amazing body transformation. Exercisers just feel better, physically and emotionally!
