Top Three Myths about Women and Strength Training

Writer: Karen MarcouillerKaren Marcouiller

I seem to get the same questions, and concerns, from women who are curious about starting a strength training program.

So I thought I'd address the top three right in a video. It's attached right here.

The bottom line is - everyone, especially women, should be lifting weights. The benefits are immense - stronger muscles, of course, but also - increased metabolism, stronger bones, ease of movement, pain relief, and on and on.

I've spent the last 25 years education and helping people (mostly women) become stronger, lose weight, and feel better. I could not believe it in more!

Take a look and let me know if I've answered your questions, or if I can help you with any others!
